• Reinforced concrete foundation provides a firm and solid ground, reducing vibration.
• The ground on which the foundation sits must be capable of supporting the wet weight of the foundation and the generator.
• If the generator is to be placed above the ground, the structure of the building must be capable of supporting the generator, fuel tank and other accessories.
• If the generator room is a wet place from time to time, the generator floor should be raised. Thus, the wear of the chassis is reduced.

• The warranty period starts from the ex-factory date of the goods and is 2 years.
• The entire product, including all its parts, is under the warranty of Marmara Generator.
• In case the product fails within the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period. The repair period of the goods is maximum 30 working days. This period starts from the date of notification of the malfunction of the goods to the service station, and in the absence of a service station to one of the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer-manufacturer of the goods.
• If the defect of the goods is not remedied within 15 working days, the manufacturer, producer or importer shall allocate another product with similar characteristics to the use of the consumer until the repair of the product is completed.
• In the event that the product fails due to material and workmanship or assembly faults within the warranty period, it will be repaired without any charge under any other name, such as labor cost, replacement part cost or any other name.

**Defects resulting from the use of the product contrary to the terms in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.
**Customer must have the maintenance procedures specified in the user manual performed under the supervision of the authorized service in order to maintain the warranty of the device.

Even though the consumer uses the right of repair;

• From the date it is delivered to the consumer, within a year, within the guarantee period determined, the same defect recurs more than twice or different faults occur more than four times, or the sum of different faults is more than six within the specified warranty period, as well as the fact that these faults make it permanent not to benefit from the goods. ,
• Exceeding the maximum time required for repair,
• In case the company's service station is not available, the consumer may request a free replacement of the product, a refund or a price reduction at the rate of defect, in cases where it is determined by a report to be issued by one of the vendors, dealers, agents, representatives, importers or manufacturer-manufacturer that the fault cannot be repaired.
